Our packaging and shipping methods are designed to give you the freshest experience when your products reach you. As soon as they leave the workshop, our products are stored in protected boxes in our warehouse, where the temperature is specially adjusted for chocolate storage conditions. Your products, which are sent in protected packages, are delivered to you with cooled parcels and bags in case there is extra weather conditions.
Since our products are within the scope of 'Perishable Products', we do not have RETURN nor REPLACEMENT policy. Therefore, it is your natural right to check the status of your order while reciving your product and have the cargo company to write a report of the situation if you happen to encounter a negative experience.
İSTANBUL SAME DAY DELIVERY ON WEEKDAYS
Only available for weekday orders given before 12:00 PM on the same day, weighing 10 kg or under. Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 PM, Saturday or Sunday are processed on Monday.
Same day delivery is not valid in the following regions of Istanbul; Adalar, Arnavutköy, Çatalca, Silivri, Büyükçekmece and Şile. If the same day delivery option is selected and the order is from the mentioned regions, it is considered as standard delivery (and the extra fee paid for the same day delivery is refunded).
TURKEY STANDART DELIVERY ( 4-5 WORK DAYS )
Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 PM, Saturday or Sunday are processed on Monday.
BAHRAIN, KUWAIT, QATAR, UAE (DELIVERY TIME WILL BE CALCULATED AT CHECKOUT BY THE VOLUME OF THE ORDER)
No shipments are made between June and October due to weather conditions.
Orders placed on Saturday after 13:00 PM or on Sunday are processed on Monday. Orders placed on public holidays are processed on the first business day after the holiday. (Harem Chocolate can not be held responsible for any delay that may occur in the customs of the country of shipment and the product deterioration due to this delay)
